I created Impact Greenland with the ambition to contribute to development that can be felt in people, organisations and society.
I believe that development succeeds when strategy, structure and culture are aligned.
I was born and raised in Nanortalik and have lived in Nuuk for the past 20+ years. This background gives me a strong understanding of the different contexts that shape organisations and collaboration in Greenland.
